Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.Position SummaryTheEmployment Specialistis responsible for developing and implementing individualized employment services by actively engaging clients, employers, and other stakeholders to meet their needs through the Employment Services Program.Education/Experience/RequirementsHigh School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, marketing, behavioral sciences, or rehabilitation from a college/university accredited by the U.S.

Department of Education preferred; equivalent experience consideredExperience in successful vocational and/or business endeavor preferred; knowledge of social service systems (school systems, child welfare, corrections, Medicaid, Social Security, etc.) preferredMust possess/maintain a valid driver’s license,current automobile insurance and adriving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organizationMust have the ability to use private car to transport selfLearn more about us at Aspireindiana.org, and see our Core Values, benefits and current job listings on our Careers page.
