The Opportunity
The purpose of this position is to help create a dominant employer brand across North America through the use of technology, cosmetology school relationships and in-salon processes. This position is responsible for supporting system-wide recruitment marketing that position Great Clips franchisees as the employer of choice for stylists.
Your Mission
On your journey, you will face challenges like:
• Manage daily requests for talent brand reviews and questions.
• Update and maintain talent brand resources.
• Execute systemwide Talent Community newsletters, reports on performance.
• Monitors and mines for content on social media platforms.
• Manages team calendar and communications through Franchisee News articles.
• Creates and evolves franchisee facing resources including talent attraction education platforms like webinars, Great Clips University courses and inSite content that is engaging and organized for franchisees.
• Provides input into the Talent Branding strategy for Great Clips.
• Creates branded recruiting tools to support the market and salon-level recruiting including system-wide and custom branded presentations and materials, webinars and podcasts.
• Supports the involvement of Great Clips franchisees with cosmetology schools by providing school presentation content and other key programs to position Great Clips as the salon brand of choice within the industry.
Your Expertise
To land this job you will need to show your proven ability to, and possess the following:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or similar field, with 2-3 years experience in a related role
• Content creation and presentation development experience
• The ability to demonstrate strong communication skills and writing experience.
• Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding experience
Your Work Environment
Our corporate headquarters is located in Bloomington, MN. Our approach to work environment focuses on the balance between teamwork and flexibility which means that you will spend three days of your week at the office and have the option to work two days a week remotely.
This is a Home Office position in which you will work a standard 40 hours a week schedule where you may sit and look at a computer screen for extended periods. There may be the opportunity to travel once or twice a year to meetings and conferences.
