Join BAE Systems’ Intelligence and Security Sector and be part of an agile team that enables our employees to support our customers and their missions.BAE Systems is looking for an Embedded Intelligence Solutions Integrator who will provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.

Activities include, but are not limited to, facilitating identification, discovery, integration and dissemination of relevant intelligence reporting; building and maintaining databases; executing intelligence master data management; data architecture; monitor intelligence; assisting with administration and management of RFIs; producing metrics, graphics and briefings; providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, system-high to -low transfers between U.S.

and Allied / Partner systems.#daiis02Required Education, Experience, & SkillsBachelor’s degree with 10 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years, OR an Associates degree with 12 years experience in an intelligence discipline working in the DoD or IC within the last 2 years.4 years of demonstrated experience providing data integration support in the form of data governance, data architecture, data warehousing, data quality management, metadata management, data operations management, and data discovery.4 years demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates conducting intelligence planning, collection, processing, analysis, or dissemination.Demonstrated experience involving complex security classification decisions such as coalition/foreign partner support, foreign disclosure, intelligence dissemination, or cross-domain operations.Demonstrated in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findingsDemonstrated ability to draft and maintain documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and ability to produce reports incorporating text and graphics to convey complex concepts.Demonstrated ability to deliver professional briefings and presentations to diverse audiences.Preferred Education, Experience, & SkillsMaster’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S.

Department of Education OR a Bachelor’s degree and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master’s degree.Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.About BAE Systems Intelligence & SecurityBAE Systems, Inc.
