Electronic Visit Verification Associate

A client of ours in the North Houston area is seeking an Electronic Visit Verification Associate to join their team on a temporary to full-time basis.

This role would start off part-time, around 25 hours per week but would eventually go full-time, 50 hours per week once the candidate is fully trained.

The ideal candidate will have administrative experience in the medical industry.

Hours are flexible but typically work would start around 9-10AM.

Primary Functions:
Responsible to assist with all office functions and processes including EVV, clerical, personnel, medical records, office machines, and payroll.

Assists in the billing process and financial functions as needed.

Demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.

Assist with agency communications including telephones, mail, and tracking of physician orders.

Uses effective interpersonal relations and communication skills.

Stays current with changes in provider services regulations.

Promotes Agency philosophy and mission by presenting a positive image to customers.

Performs other duties as required.

Job Requirements:

Required Qualifications:
High School Graduate or GED Certificate (required) At least one year of experience as a EVV or office clerk Vesta or similar EVV software knowledge Spanish (Preferred)
