EFT Processor

This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted May 30, 2021.

Staffmark is seeking an experienced EFT Processor to join a large card services company in Austin. You will be responsible for efficiently handling ACH functions and meeting daily deadlines. 

Responsibilities:

  • Review, evaluate and make decisions regarding ACH exception handling
  • Research and gather verification for pending deposits
  • Originate manual return items
  • field calls and respond to inquiries from customers, banks and internal departments
  • Create regular summaries and reports
Requirements:

  • tCam knowledge or similar CRM tool
  • Excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of ACH operations and at least 2 years of experience in electronic payments industry
  • Ability to research and problem solve
