EFT Processor

This is a Full-time position in Austin, TX posted May 30, 2021.
Staffmark is seeking an experienced EFT Processor to join a large card services company in Austin. You will be responsible for efficiently handling ACH functions and meeting daily deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Review, evaluate and make decisions regarding ACH exception handling
- Research and gather verification for pending deposits
- Originate manual return items
- field calls and respond to inquiries from customers, banks and internal departments
- Create regular summaries and reports
Requirements:
- tCam knowledge or similar CRM tool
- Excellent customer service
- Knowledge of ACH operations and at least 2 years of experience in electronic payments industry
- Ability to research and problem solve
