Working in this collaborative and fast-paced environment as part of the Client Insights team, you will be challenged to bring fresh perspectives that allow us to continually exceed client expectations in an ever-evolving landscape.

Client Insights is responsible for delivering deep understanding of the client that will drive decision-making to better meet the client needs of today and the future.

As a Client Insights Enablement Team Leader, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a team that supports the development of actionable insights through the management of insights tools and processes, and collaboration with stakeholders across the firm.

Responsibilities Include: Lead a team of enablement specialists whoProvide critical operational, logistical and project management support on insights efforts things like client sample processing, branch communications, recruiting research participants, programming branch surveys and managing research participant agreements.

Support a wide range of efforts from firm programs to FWG-approved projects to division and team initiatives.

Have responsibility for day-to-day management of our insights tools and processes, like Qualtrics and our online qualitative interviewing platform.Collaborate with stakeholders across the firm to ensure research participants and our stakeholders have good experiences and outcomes.Lead our Qualtrics/survey tool(s) for the firm, collaborating with key stakeholder groups across the firm to ensure the relationship is delivering against firm requirementsDevelop inputs to the Client Insights scorecard to help the department monitor the outcomes delivered to the firm, including our efficiency, effectiveness, and engagement.Establish strategies, provide thought leadership, identify action steps and develop team processes for achieving individual, team and project objectives consistently and efficiently.Establish work priorities, allocate appropriate resources and lead others through execution of work to align with firm objectives, standards and regulatory requirements.Lead performance of associates, including setting clear expectations, providing timely feedback, conducting performance reviews, guiding professional development and mentoring potential successors.Manage resources, including hiring/onboarding new associates and external resources.Create an inclusive, engaging team environment.Minimum of 10 years of experience related to driving strategic initiatives with at least 3-5 years of direct leadership experienceDemonstrated experience in research operations management supporting both qualitative and quantitative research and analytic programs to answer broad, strategic business questions.B.A.

or B.S.

in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related field required.

M.S/M.A./MBA strongly preferred.Advanced to expert ability to develop broad business strategy through innovative and strategic thought.Expert ability to lead multiple projects/people at same time and manage complex matters or processes.

Strong relationship building and influence skills, highly collaborative, strong emotional intelligence/maturity and senior level executive presence.
