Time 2 Grow ABA is looking for natural educators who have a passion for working with toddlers and young children.

The Behavior Therapist and Registered Behavior Therapist position allows early childhood educators to use their passion and creativity while working one-on-one with toddlers and their families.

Apply for the BT/RBT position to receive training based on your level of experience and start working with regular clients either full or part time.

Apply for a senior RBT position to continue receiving professional supervision and gain fieldwork hours towards advanced certification in Applied Behavior Analysis.

About Us

Time 2 Grow ABA is committed to a compassionate play based early intervention.

Our Early Intervention BT/RBTs implement intensive behavior-based teaching programs for young children with developmental delays.

BT/RBTs collaborate with a team of professionals and parents to support children in their natural environments
– their homes and daycares.

BT/RBTs are comfortable keeping up with the pace of young children while implementing instruction in a playful and child friendly manner.

A love of puzzles, picture books, toy cars, and stickers is a must!!

Requirements for Behavior Technicians

*Professional teaching or nannying experience with young children

*Drivers License with reliable transportation

*Pass Background check

*Bachelor’s degree (or working towards)

Professional Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 direct instruction with young clients in the home
Implement Behavior Analytic techniques, procedures, and strategies
Work professionally with supervisors and family members
Follow individualized client programs
Enter data and clinical notes for each session
Communicate effectively with Clinical Managers
Maintain a playful demeanor with young clients
Commit to a regular schedule
