We are looking for an eager person who embodies the Thompson Hanson values and is looking to learn about everything it takes to manage end-to-end ecommerce operations.

The ideal candidate would be willing to wear several hats and is comfortable working at a fast pace.

For this position, we are open to summer interns, current college students, and recent graduates who are looking for a summer opportunity with potential for full time or part time hire.

Essential Tasks or Responsibilities of the Job Customer service: Work directly with customers to answer questions and address concerns with online orders Ecommerce operations: Help with processing orders including picking and packing, wrapping gifts, inventory management, shipping logistics, coordinating photoshoots for newly arriving products, helping with product uploads to our website, and managing returns Creative development: Assist our marketing team with content for social media, events, and email newsletters.

Some experience with photography and Photoshop or InDesign is desired but not required.

Essential Skills to Perform Job: Flexibility and ability to work extended hours during holidays.

Ability to function in a fast paced environment and to multi-task.
