We are searching for people who want to join us in building “Technology for Life”.Will provide depot and onsite support for various RSS (Rental Service Safety) initiatives throughout the US region.

When not onsite, the position will work to the receipt, clean, test, maintain and perform necessary entry-level repairs on rental inventory.Provide support during all phases of an RSS project.

Assist in all pre & post phase operational requirements and work onsite in various roles as directed by the Business Development Director.Configure, calibrate, and maintain rental equipment as required.As project demands, be deployed to Customer’s sites depending on day-to-day operational requirements.Promote customer satisfaction through proactive, professional communication with the Customer.Support warehouse/logistics to locate and pack customer orders for shipment.

Prepares proper shipping information, hazardous material information, and label accurately.Your QualificationsEducation: High School Diploma or the equivalent in education, training, and experience.Related Experience:Previous Customer or Field service experience preferred.

Strong customer communication skills are necessary for daily customer interaction.2+ years of experience in an industrial service environment, preferably with analytical instrumentation, with a demonstrated proficiency in performing in-house (shop) repairs and or field repairs.One year minimum of Previous Customer or Field service experience required.

Strong customer communication skills are necessary for daily customer interaction.Demonstrated ability to lead teams on assigned projects.Experience in receiving/shipping/warehouse Preferred.
