Document Review Attorney

This is a Full-time position in Washington, DC posted October 28, 2021.

Special Counsel has potential upcoming eDiscovery projects for actively licensed document review attorneys to work from home.  Let us know if you are interested and available, and we can help find the project that is the best fit for you!  See additional details below, and send your resume now for consideration! 

Assignment Details: 

  • Anticipated Start Date: Within the next few weeks, possibly sooner 
  • Expected Duration: Average 2-3 weeks, although project durations vary based on document volume
  • Hour requirement: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday during standard business hours, flexibility within 7am-7pm hours 
  • Location: Work from home/remote

    • Required Qualifications: 

  • eDiscovery and Relativity experience (or similar review tool experience) highly preferred 
  • Active/in-good-standing attorney bar license in any U.S. state (no disciplinary history)
  • Education requirement, must have JD or LLM
  • Must clear conflicts depending on the client
  • Must meet remote requirements including: (1) possess a running laptop/computer containing anti-virus software and either Windows 10 or Mac OS, (2) have high-speed Internet access, and (3) have either an iPhone running IOS 11.0 and greater or an Android running 7.0 and greater.
