The Ed.D.

program at College of Saint Mary is seeking a quality candidate that has a passion for online teaching and learning.

The Assistant or Associate Professor position is scheduled to begin August 2022.
Our Ideal Candidate:
•Must possess an earned doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a closely-related discipline.

•Demonstrates the ability to create an effective virtual learning experience for doctoral students.
•Needs experience in teaching a wide range of online graduate courses, strong writing skills, and background and experience with quantitative and qualitative research.

•Needs experience guiding students in master’s thesis and/or doctoral dissertation, has worked with Learning Management Systems and has clear communication and superior collaboration skills.
•Collaborates with learners, faculty, and staff in all aspects of their work.
•Desires to serve learners from diverse professions and backgrounds.
This Position Is Responsible For:
•Teaching 24 credit hours per academic year in the online Doctor of Education program.
•Providing academic advisement; serving as dissertation chair; supporting program development; collaborating with faculty; conducting, publishing, and presenting research; and providing service to the department, college, and community.
