You will work with our A Dispatch Team and be responsible for the interactions with our customers, subcontractors, and internal staff.Pay Rate: $15.00/hrHours: Nights & Weekends (10:30 pm being the latest you would ever work)Responsibilities Include:Operate a phone at the main office to dispatch technicians, subcontractors, and other personnel and equipment and to relay instructions or information to remote unitsAnswer incoming calls from customers and internal staffProvide pre-arrival information to customersCoordinate emergency requests, relaying instructions to closest and most suitable units availableMonitor jobs in order to provide customers with feedback during callsContact staff to verify assignment locations, monitors dispatched units and, when necessary, serves as liaison with the customerEnter, update, and retrieve information from a variety of technologiesAnswer or forward non-emergency requests for assistanceEducation & Experience:2-3 years of experience dispatching preferred2-3 years of experience of customer service preferredExperience in training preferredMinimum Requirements:2 years of experience dispatching OR working in a high-volume call centerGreat customer service skillsClear criminal backgroundAbility to pass a drug testHigh School Diploma or GEDWhat we Offer:Health Insurance (Employee coverage paid by Dry Force)Life Insurance ($10k Coverage paid by Employer)Short & Long-term Disability InsurancePaid HolidaysPTO/Vacation
