Are you ready to join a team of high-performing analytic professionals who create automated reports, deep-dive into performance analytics and problem solve root causes of churn using analytics?
This team will analyze data, gather insights and craft those insights into a well-polished executive friendly deck.
While the rest of the Retention Analtics team is focused on the day-to-day strategy and execution, this team will be assessing and providing the necessary insights to drive decisions on what to do about churn.
The teams goal is to always answer the whys.
Key areas of focus include: Gather, analyze, and interpret a wide variety of data to identify causal relationships, trigger points, and predictions on customer behavior, subscriber churn, and financial impact Projects include, but not limited to, spend leakage analysis, identify inefficient spend, offer usage analysis, customer behavior and segmentation analysis, treatment and retention analysis, executive reporting, and data visualization Develop self-service data tools, and other visual aids in support of findings Partner with cross functional teams to drive strategic change within the business Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in data analytics or a related field Preference for an advanced college degree in Statistics, Business, Finance, and or Computer Science Coding proficiency in SQL, R, Python or similar required Experience with large transactional databases Must possess a solid understanding of basic statistics and consumer marketing Experience in large media, technology, ecommerce, or other subscription-based company is a plus Tableau experience a plus This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.
