We are excited to invite applications for the position of Digital Solutions Lead, Personalization within our Global Digital Applications Team.
Operating within the world’s leading Oral Care Company, we are bring to bear leading cloud based marketing technology to digitally connect.
Personalization across all channels (including web, social, email, etc) will become of growing importance as we build out our first party data and capabilities.
This role will support our Digital Marketing and CRM organization in deploying outstanding technology to optimize and expand our digital engagement programs leading to better targeting and engagement with our professionals, customers and consumers.
This position will own and implement personalization applications and tools, allowing us to increase our open and engagement rates as well as increase conversion.

This role will involve planning, business and data analysis, functional and technical design, as well as the implementation of Digital Marketing Technology.
The ideal candidate is very customer focused and can work well both independently and within a team.

– eager to learn and demonstrate new technologies to build the best digital experience for our customers.
What you will do
Collaborate with our broader GIT team and business partners to drive the Enterprise Personalization vision and execution, developing the technology roadmap to gain, lead and demonstrate 1P data to improve digital marketing and personalization efforts, delivering against our global personalization objectives.
Lead meetings and workshops with key Business and GIT partners for the purpose of identification, design, development and implementation of the systems and technology required to support our global Personalization objectives, including capturing business use cases and enabling the creation and testing of more personalized and meaningful user experiences for each consumer across all channels, products and platforms.
Identify technical gaps in our current Martech Stack’s capabilities to deliver against our Personalization strategy.
Research and recommend new digital marketing technologies to advance our personalization capabilities and meet our objectives.
Handle end-to-end process of vendor evaluation, selection, and POC through to implementation of new Personalization technologies.
Configure, coordinate, and operate the Personalization platform to build Multi-channel campaigns, including integration of this Personalization platform with our existing tools and platforms within our CRM Martech stack.
Drive personalization enablement strategy across all channels (web, social, media, etc), working with various teams to activate personalization capabilities across our customer funnel, and develop recommendations, strategies, and methodologies to ensure that technology is in place to ensure business results are met against their campaign goals
Deliver against the optimization and customized experience strategies across websites and other touch points to incorporate personalization capabilities.
Work with global and divisional Marketing teams to advance our First Party Data Collection and Data Integration efforts, ensuring that our data is sufficiently enriched to improve our ability to provide targeted and personalized content to our customers
Understand the Company’s consumer and professional environment and how we use technology across multiple platforms, including but not limited to: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya), SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Commerce, Adobe Experience Manager, and Blueconic CDP.
Document knowledge and share standard methodologies
Proactively gain a level of technical expertise through internally and externally available learning opportunities as applicable as well as self-study
Collaborate closely with software vendors to deliver global solutions
Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree computer science, information technology, engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field or equivalent meaningful experience
At least 5 years Experience working in Information Technology or Digital Marketing
At least 3 years Experience working with leading Personalization Platforms and/or Services (i.e.Adobe Target, Optimizely, Insider, Salesforce Interaction Studio, etc)
Broad understanding of the capabilities needed in technology, processes, customer data, and marketing execution for personalization enablement.
Ability to apply agile methodology and sprint development to lead project implementations and backlogs
Ability to collaborate using the Google Suite of tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as customer relationship building skills
Adapt to and work optimally with a variety of engagements and in exciting situations
Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to lead sophisticated projects with many team members.
Desire to participate in and help build and strengthen a team-oriented environment.
Experience leading large full-lifecycle implementations and/or implementing integrated solutions including cloud-based marketing solutions
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years Experience using or implementing/supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud /Exact Target including Journey Builder, E-Mail Studio, Advertising Studio, Mobile Studio and/or SAP Marketing Cloudand
At least 2 years Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), preferably with Blueconic or other leading platformsand
At least 2 years Web Analytics experience including Google Analytics 360and
