Overview: SUMMER 2022Shure offers a challenging and rewarding summer internship program.
The twelve week program is offered to undergraduate students that have completed at least 2 years of college, as well as graduate students.
Each intern will receive a competitive salary and students who reside out of Illinois will receive a housing stipend to cover living expenses for hybrid or onsite internships.
Applications will be collected, reviewed and selected candidates will be contacted in late fall/early winter.The Digital Production team in Global Product Management supports product managers, product development teams, and marketing managers who are responsible for delivering best-in-class software solutions for Shure.
Working across products that span multiple categories (e.g.
wireless, conferencing, listening) and software types (e.g., mobile apps, desktop applications, firmware), Digital Producers are flexible, hyper-organized, solution-oriented, and proactive in getting jobs or tasks done to ensure team success and customer satisfaction.The Digital Producer Intern will assist with the end-to-end software distribution process for all Shure software products.
They will contribute to many aspects of this process, including coordinating software releases, managing the translation and localization process for user interfaces, and reporting on software usage data to find insights to help product managers populate future product roadmaps.This internship location can be a 100% remote or a combination of part-time remote/virtual and part-time in office.
Responsibilities: Contributes to the end-to-end digital product distribution process.
Assists in developing digital content for software products.
Coordinates software releases via multiple distribution platforms.
Assists with the software localization process.
Develops analytics tracking plans for software products and reports on product usage to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Interest in software products and building high-quality customer experiences.
Interest in digital product marketing, data analtyics, or project management.
Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
Proven interpersonal and leadership skills.
Superior written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to lead without formal authority.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Intermediate skills for Microsoft Word, Excel, OneNote, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
