Digital Lead Facility and Operations Excellence for St. Louis, MO to define, develop, implement & communicate the IT and digital transformation strategy for the Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence Organization (EMEX); translate IT strategies for facilities & operational excellence into programs and projects that ensure proper implementation; oversee IT performance management; apply data science & digital ecosystems based approaches to generate incremental business value; initiate, drive & lead digital innovations, programs and projects to meet business needs; shape the digital-based customer & business strategies for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence focused facility digitalization; leverage new technologies & digital propositions; lead digital transformation for seed and crop protection manufacturing facilities; manage the IT budget and IT investment portfolio. Requires Master’s in C.S., Computer Engineering or closely-related field & 2 yrs experience working with cross-functional teams to develop new system concepts & strategies; integrating business requirements into product designs; using Agile development methodologies to improve software products & processes; setting functional & technical software product capability priorities; adapting software products to meet business needs; working with third-party vendor provided software; leading a team in understanding functional business requirements documents, architectural changes & server requirements; working in waterfall and Agile development environments; analyzing backlog items & user stores; creating use case scenarios; providing estimates of hours, costs & resources during the planning of projects; and enhancing test scripts.
