Position Description:Process Coach – Maintenance • Plans, coaches and supervises all maintenance trades – production and building/facilities (machine repair, tool makers, millwrights, pipefitters, electricians, power service operators, industrial truck mechanics) • Budget planning (overhead and labor) • Coach preventive and predictive maintenance activities • Plans, coordinates and executes safety and other training • Monitor Cost, Safety and Preventative Maintenance metrics • Compliance with Safety Operating System practices • Drive Continuous Improvement • Maintain automation in a state of compliance with specifications • Lead skilled trades/maintenance personnel to evaluate controls requirements for maintaining and improving production yields, throughput, and up time • Supervise day-to-day production processes (via radio) and respond to calls for skilled trades’ assistance • Analyze equipment performance and work to improve efficiencies; actively participate in Constraint Review Process • Meet First Time Through (FTT), inventory, cost, scrap, supply, and tooling expense targets • Minimize overtime by improving JPH, controlling absenteeism, using predictive maintenance programs; optimizing use of skilled labor throughout the day • Assist and teach maintenance troubleshooting techniques to improve mean time between failure and mean time to repair; • Use Maximo for Maintenance (MFM) to document all maintenance activities (crisis and planned); provide quality assurance of MFM inputs to enable in-depth data analysis.Skills Required:* Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Ability to multi-task • Strong problem-solving and conflict leadership skills • Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors including interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skillsExperience Required:* Ability to work independently with limited supervision • Capable of assigning work to unionized hourly workforce and holding employees accountable • Strong organizational and administrative skills • Ability to multi-task • Strong problem-solving and conflict leadership skills • Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate leadership behaviors including interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skillsEducation Required:High School DiplomaEducation Preferred:Bachelors DegreeAdditional Information :Ability to work any shift, rotating shifts, weekendsCategory ManufacturingFunction EngineeringReq ID JN -062021-116010
