SUMMARY: Responsible for general office support services of the Public Health Department.
Responsibilities may include answering the phone and directing calls, keeps files and records well organized, assists with the immunization program entry and tracking, immunization billing, record keeping, grant billing, payroll and mileage.
Position works in a team environment with Public Health personnel.
EDUCATION /or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent is required, Administrative Associate degree preferred.
Two years of professional office experience is preferred.
