dcSpark: Technical Writer (Remote)

DcSpark is a blockchain company focused on building critical products and solutions on top of the most promising crypto projects in the space.

You will have the opportunity to take part in building several projects internally that are on the bleeding edge of Blockchain.We are seeking a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products.

You will join a team of talented developers to make our products & libraries easier to useand to help explain underlying technology to a larger audience.Specifically, the content will be about blockchains (ex: Algorand, Bitcoin, Cardano, Solana, Ethereum, etc) and related topics (encryption, peer-to-peer networking, interoperability, decentralized identities, etc.)ResponsibilitiesWork with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirementsProduce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audienceWrite easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guidesCreate tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applicationsMaintain documentation updated as products and services evolveInteract with users and gather feedback in order to improve documentation and tutorialsAnalyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunitiesCreate and maintain the information architectureWrite blog posts to explain the technology and projects we use to communityEdit, standardize, or make changes to material prepared by other writers or technical personnelRequirements 2 years of experience as a Technical Writer Knowledge of blockchain (ex: Bitcoin, Algorand, Ethereum, Cardano, Solana, Ethereum) and related technologies (encryption, peer-to-peer networks, DeFi protocols, etc.)Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentationBe prepared to submit samples of your workAbility to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detailAbility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and picturesGood understanding of economic concepts in the blockchain industry (Compound, Curve, DAO, Flash Loans, Liquidity Mining, TVL, etc.)Native level verbal and writing skills in EnglishBasic familiarity with software developmentNot scared of math (there will be cases where you have to read whitepapers and technical specifications.
