Additionally, this position is responsible for supporting process improvements, completing and reviewing daily tasks to ensure day-to-day processes are working as expected, and providing accurate reporting throughout the Village.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESIn order of significance, list the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and the typical % of time spent performing them. ESSENTIAL FUNCTION% OF TIME1.Process DrivenImport and verify EDI 810 invoices processed correctly.Import Concur Expense Reports utilizing More4Apps.Import various loaders received from other departments.Run and review Accounts Payable processes to ensure processes are functioning as expected.30%2.ReportingPrepare and modify selected reoccurring SQL reports.Modify or develop ad hoc SQL reports as needed.Run and modify existing Alteryx reports.20%3.System Maintenance and SupportSupport and maintain Oracle AP Module, Kofax, MarkView, IBM EDI Translator, Concur, and several other systems.Troubleshooting day-to-day issues with users using ticketing system.20%4.InnovationWork with IT, GL, and other departments to test and implement application enhancements and modifications.10%5.Support and AssistProvide backup support to other teammates to ensure department is meeting its goals.10%6.Other duties as assigned.10% Total Allocation of Time100% What We’ll Provide:More than just pay, our DaVita Rewards package connects teammates to what matters most.
