This position will sit full-time at our Central Billing Office located in Franklin, TN off of Carothers Parkway.

Your Job as a Data Management Specialist:
Data Management Specialist will collect and interpret data pulled from the Comprehensive Treatment Center Divisions (CTC) electronic medical records platforms. Analyzing results of data sets pulled; reporting the results back to the relevant members of the CTC Operations team. The data management specialist will identify compliance patterns and trends in data sets working alongside CTC operational leadership to establish program development, reporting and business needs.
Your Responsibilities as a Data Management Specialist:
- Work daily with spreadsheets and web-based interfaces to extract and compile information.
- Collecting and interpreting data
- Analyzing results
- Reporting the results back to the relevant members of leadership team
- Identifying compliance patterns and trends in data sets
- Working alongside teams within the business or the management team to establish business needs
- Defining new data collection and analysis processes
- Evaluate data entry process, brainstorm and generate recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain records of all reviews performed, logs of activities, and completed work, subject to internal and external audit.
- May interact with internal stakeholders to follow-up on errors and work resolution.

Your Skills and Qualifications as a Data Management Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
- Comfort using the Microsoft Suite basic tools (Excel, Outlook) as well as Sharepoint and other web-based tools. Advanced MS Excel experience is required.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
