About the Role:

We are looking for an awesome Data Integrity Specialist
– Pricing and Availability to help us measure and improve data quality and consistency across Landing.

You will be working on our Pricing and Availability team, partnering with multiple departments to implement process changes that increase data quality and consistency across Landing.

What You'll Do:
Focus on all things data quality.

Work in a small, cross-functional, dynamic engineering team to unlock the potential of Landing's technologies and the teams who leverage it.

Be the subject matter expert in data quality; understand our existing platform landscape and how to optimize it.

Build reporting systems to track and measure the results of data quality improvements.

Play an integral part and directly contribute to Landing's growth as a company.

Implementing a quality control framework for ensuring data consistency.

Work across multiple pods to understand and help optimize data quality.

Research reported data anomalies, identify root causes, and propose solutions.

What You Need:
1+ years of experience as a data analyst or equivalent experience.

Demonstrates strong analytical and end-to-end problem solving skills.

Be able to speak and translate between technical and non-technical terminology and ideas without compromising contextual details.

Adept at learning new technologies.

Ability to improvise and develop creative solutions when common approaches fail.

Understand the trade-offs in employing different engineering solutions to a problem, valuing pragmatism over idealism.

Ability to distill complex problems into manageable pieces.

A strong desire to document and share work done to aid in long term support.

Documents, analyzes and proposes process changes or re-engineering approaches based on an understanding of technical problems and solutions as they relate to current and future state business and technical environments.

Nice to Have:
SQL knowledge
Experience with Asana
Looker knowledge
High proficiency in Google Sheets
Previous experience in a startup environment
Data Governance experience
