The purpose of this position is to support the Member Services sales and service center.

The position is responsible for providing the support necessary to ensure exceptional telephone sales and service to our valued customers.

The Member Services Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of agents that handle both sales and service calls.
Responsibilities:
Train, assist, and mentor new employees in the department;
Provide team leadership to achieve identified performance metrics and targets;
Through coaching sessions maintain and improve all areas of performance; productivity, and quality;
Translate, implement and maintain company policies, procedures, and priorities;
Utilize workforce management tools and business tools to monitor calls and emails, as well as, to ensure schedule adherence expectations are achieved;
Delegate identified tasks as appropriate;
Resolve customer complaints and/or issues;
Perform quality processes; email, procedures, phone skills.
Requirements:
Associates Degree/Equivalent Job Experience required;
1 year minimum supervising/leading a team of 8 or more people, in a call center/contact center; environment.

MUST have prior call center supervisory experience;
Experience in a high-growth organization strongly preferred;
Must have open availability, weekends required.

Compensation from $12.32 and above, dependent on experience.
