Job Summary
A Customer Loyalty Specialist is responsible for fielding inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers wanting to cancel their accounts. To be successful in this role you will need to provide exceptional customer support by encouraging continued use of BatchService platforms, be passionate about understanding customers goals and challenges and have a keen sense for resolving any complaints or concerns they may have. In addition, make sure that you are providing valuable information on the service that will work best for each individual customer while ensuring customers have the best experience possible!
