Job Description:

○ Support the customer service team

○ Analytics and data entry heavy upfront and then follow with sap

○ Possibly interact with brokers

○ Expand the role as they see if the candidate is a fit for the company

○ Doesn’t have to have analytics background

○ Savy in excel, understand communication side of things (customer service), background in deductions is a huge help

○ Basic functions in Excel: Run Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups
