The Role:
Customer Experience Associate at Milk Makeup will be a part of the Ecommerce team and will responsible for ensuring that all of our customers have an exceptional customer journey that has represents the Milk Makeup brand.
This role will act as a subject matter expert who delivers empathetic, detail-oriented solutions to our customers.
As our frontline, the Customer Experience Associate role will be responsible for communicating timely and effectively to our customers.
How You’ll Thrive
Deliver exceptional service and develop lasting relationships with customers via
– phone, emails and live chats.
Serve as a proud brand ambassador of Milk Makeup, constantly championing our core values to democratize fashion.
Maintain knowledge of all Milk Makeup product including ingredients, use, application and inventory.
Assist customers in finding a product that meets their individual skin and makeup needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the utmost care and respect by listening to their problems and offering creative resolutions.
Using your creativity, passion and personality to connect with the customer, tell their story, and engage with the language learning community Deliver personalized service while meeting quality and productivity goals.
Share customer feedback and information with other team members and leaders in order to continuously improve and evolve the customer experience.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Contribute to an empathetic, positive and energetic team culture.
We’d like YOU to have:
2+ years of client-facing work experience and Bachelor’s degree preferred (relevant work experience in lieu of degree) A Beauty Junkie, lives and breathes Makeup and Skin (huge plus not requirement) A customer-centered mindset –
– motivated by solving problems for customers and your team Strong communication and effective listening skills with an attention to detail Honesty and integrity
– you do not cut corners ethically and can be trusted to do the right thing for customers and for the team A teamwork mindset –
– you take ownership of your work AND your team’s success The desire to learn and grow professionally and contribute to the success and culture of the company
