CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE –
A fantastic opportunity awaits you at a highly successful Company in the Flavor & Fragrance Industry. Our Customer Care Representatives have a key role in Client Satisfaction. This position promotes customer loyalty by building and maintaining business relationships with customers, executive sales force, and co-workers.
The Customer Care representative position exists to provide front line support to key external and internal customers as well as actual execution of day-to-day order to cash processes. The position tracks order activity, and in so doing, provides pricing, product availability, & shipping schedule information to customers and internal personnel.
Requirements include:
strong interpersonal/communication skills, teamwork, and accuracy with details, problem solving, and critical thinking capability.
Previous Customer Service experience in an order management capacity is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Records and processes orders, samples, and/or inquiries received by email, telephone, and/or through personal customer or sales contact.
Tracks order activity, and alerts appropriate staff of any potential delivery problems.
Provides pricing, product availability, and shipping schedule information to customers and internal personnel.
Suggests additional and/or alternative products or services to meet customer needs.
Researches and obtains resolution of a variety of customer complaints and issues.
Serves as link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
Report changes in order patterns and provides competitive intelligence
Expedites the delivery of selected orders.
Processes samples and follow-up.
Ability to provide key account details to VP/sales manager.
Daily Customer interfaces include but not limited to project management, co-ship sample documentation, complaint/NCR follow-up, contract entry, expediting orders, and securing cash flow through invoice accuracy.
Skills/ Requirements
Minimum 3 years with high volume Customer Care
Data Entry/Computer Skills
Positive and professional manner, strong focus on detail, accuracy and accountability
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
May be asked to attend and participate in customer meetings off/on-site
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate using both written and verbal communication with diverse groups at all levels.
