CTA, Inc: Customer Care Advocate – Seasonal

CTA, Inc., King Cross Companies in Fenton, MO is looking for several individuals to help in our call center during our busy Spring & Fall seasons.

We are a company who provides Christian gifts and services with excellence to our customers.

We offer an exceptional family environment working with some fantastic people.

Currently we are seeking friendly, flexible individuals to take phone orders and to provide our customers with great service.

Duties include payment processing, order adjustments & light sales (potential to earn incentive pay).

Applicants must be able to use a computer keyboard (minimum 25 wpm) and work in a fast-paced environment.

These positions are seasonal part-time and hours are scheduled weekly as needed.

Our regular hours are M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and we can be flexible with partial shifts.

During our busy season (beginning first week in April through first week of May) you may be required to work some evenings to 6:00 pm.

Some overtime hours may be required.

We have seasonal employment opportunities throughout the year and are flexible with scheduling.

This is a great opportunity for those who would like to be off weekends and some during the summer and mid-winter months.
