$5000 Sign on Bonus You Will Be Responsible For: Responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burns and extraneous radiation to patients.

Responsible for safe handling of equipment and images.

Instructs and prepares patients for roentgenographic, fluoroscopic, CT and mammography examinations.

Selects appropriate equipment to use for procedure.

Determines most suitable anatomical posture and positions and shields patients accordingly.

Able to assess patient pain interfering with imaging procedure
– makes appropriate physician contact for intervention.

Qualifications What You Will Need 2 year Associate Degree Registrations ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist), CT LRT – State of Kansas Current CPR certification within one month of hire Job Summary: Performs imaging procedures for the purpose of providing diagnostic interpretation including trauma radiography, surgery radiography, mammography, and CT procedures.

Assists with filing and reporting system within the department and registers patients as needed.

Assist radiologist as necessary.
