Business Customer Service Specialists – FULLY REMOTE
Turn2Partners is helping support a global financial consulting firm to add on multiple Specialists, Team Leads, and Managers to the Business Customer Service team! These individuals must have a Bachelor of Science from an Accredited University, a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, and a minimum of 1 year of management experience for the Team Lead and Manager level. This is a fully remote, 6-month project and top performers will be considered for permanent consulting roles. In addition, all selected individuals will receive paid federal holidays, accrue sick leave, and receive a benefits stipend.

Position: Manager, Team Lead, or Business Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities:
Answering inquiries related to Loan Origination, Lender Forgiveness, and providing a general Helpdesk for navigating the site
Provide technical assistance with system access issues
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Track customer issues and resolutions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving loan programs and services
Reporting and supervising a team of 5-20 members
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree from an Accredited University required
1+ years of experience in customer service, help desk, contact center, or other related fields
Previous supervisory experience (minimum 1-year)
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills both oral (telephone work) and written
