Sports Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications:

  • Listen to the needs of our clients customers and communication on how the product/service will help them
  • Worked in retail, sales, sports, or similar field
  • Administrative experience in sales support
  • Must have strong communication and negotiating skills
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Must be able to come into the office on a daily basis
  • Must be able to work in the USA legally (Work Visas and Authorizations welcome)

  • Sending acquisition records to our clients
  • Keep records of acquisitions and prepares weekly report
  • Monitor market trends and competitors
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Schedule product and promotional events
  • Provide outstanding customer experiences
  • Track sales by following guidelines and using results to reach or improve store and personal goals
  • Attend and engage in all team meetings
