Customer Service Representative
Have you ever worked as a customer service assistant, customer service advisor, customer service representative, CSR, customer acquisition specialist, customer service supervisor, customer service team leader, customer service manager, sales & customer service rep or in any other customer-facing role? Hours: Flexible either full time or part-time
Salary: $450 – 650 p/w depending on hours worked

Right now, we’re looking to add 4-5 new Customer Service Representatives to our team!
Customer Service Duties:
Resolve any product or service problems by understanding the customers’ complaint; selecting and explaining the best way to troubleshoot the issue; following up to ensure the issue has been solved
Analyze and keep a record of customers needs to recommend potential products/services to the team
Build and sustain relationships with our customers through open and interactive communication
Generate sales leads
Meet personal/team sales targets and quotas
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Assist with the placement of orders and upgrades to accounts

We target areas for our clients that involve overnight stays in different parts of the country (once borders have fully opened)

Proven customer support experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be able to travel to the office on a daily basis
