As One Medical continues to expand our ability to provide innovative and human-centered primary care for all, the teams supporting that growth are expanding as well.

We are seeking to hire a Corporate Counsel, M&A and Integration to round out a dynamic and multifaceted legal team.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel for Securities and Transactions, you’ll support the Corporate Development team on M&A transactions from the term sheet stage through closing and integration, in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including finance/accounting, HR, operations, and clinical teams to evaluate and review diligence matters and transaction documents.

You will have high visibility across the company through supporting key stakeholders company-wide to plan, coordinate, and manage post-closing integration processes, and will partner closely with the Legal and Corporate Development teams to develop and improve processes, playbooks, and form documents to help scale the M&A and integration function at One Medical.
