Temp to Hire position, 40 hours per week Hourly Rate: $15/hour Position Description: Under general supervision works and communicates with the public, internal customers and external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer and District 2 expectations.
May resolve complicated issues involving customer service and /or researches governing policies procedures or laws to clients or visitors.
This job involves but is not limited to in taking clients, making appointments, printing WIC vouchers, working reports to build and maintain caseload, supply and office inventory.
May also interpret as needed.
Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or GED and completion.
Six (6) months’ experience in a customer service setting.
Ability to communicate and/or interpret information to internal & external clients.
