– Friday You Will Be Responsible For: Training 65% Analyze organizational training needs and modify existing training programs or develop innovative new programs to meet the needs of our organization and employees Map out training plans, schedules, designing and developing training program by inserting creativity and adult learning-based interaction into all training Conduct training on all initiatives for Provider Engagement (Physician Well-Being) to CMI/PWB team at related facilities as necessary Schedule training sessions to accommodate schedule of the audience/attendees Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials Develop new strategies for training and program improvement On-site visits to all facilities engaged in the CMI/PWB program to evaluate progress and sustainability Manage and maintain PWB initiatives by providing ongoing support to the PWB regional directors and managers, ongoing training opportunities and reporting to leadership.

Provide executive summary of findings of each site visit to AdventHealth CMI/PWB Executive Directors Mentor and support team, as needed Monitor quality/effectiveness of training provided Collaborate with other departments within the organization to build, maintain and enhance training programs (i.e.

ALN, communications, brand team, PE, etc.) Build training aids and resources to support providers and physician well-being leaders Ability to adapt to in-person and virtual platforms Coordinating 30% Plan annual CMI/PWB team training based on needs Provide oversight and delegation, as appropriate, of materials management for department (including but not limited to Thumbprint, Office Depot orders, etc.) Provide back-up administrative support as needed Support Executive Director of Physician Engagement and Coalition for Physician Well-Being organization Conference Planning / support onsite Committee attendance and participation Provide back up support with website updates as needed Perform other duties as assigned QualificationsWhat You Will Need Bachelors Degree and 3 years of experience Understanding of AdventHealths mission and culture, preferred Background in training, support, on-the-job coaching program, preferred Experience with e-learning platforms, preferred Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting, preferred Experience working with physicians, preferred Job Summary: The Physician Well-Being and Engagement Department supports all provider well-being programming for AdventHealth as well as supports the not-for-profit organization, Coalition for Physician Well-Being.

AdventHealth is the founding sponsor and sole member of the Coalition.

The trainer will oversee the delivery of standardized and ad hoc training content for the physician well-being department and the Coalition for Physician Well-Being.

The Trainer will create, maintain accuracy of training curriculum and workflows, SOPs, and other essential documentation.

This role will also work with our teams and other key stakeholders to develop additional training offerings and monitor programs, as appropriate.

In order to do so, traveling to different regions to observe first-hand needs and determine additional resources.

In addition, the corporate trainer will assist in change management activities, as needed.

The role also has responsibilities during conferences for both organizations to be a part of the planning and onsite support.

Overnight and out-of-state travel constitutes approximately 50%.
