Weekly Pay!The Corporate Security Officer’s primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service. Additionally be responsible for the security and safety of tenants, visitors and employees. The ideal candidate for the Corporate Security Officer position should be proficient in office systems and technology, excellent customer service skills, demonstrate superior written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse group of individuals. The candidate must have the ability to demonstrate sensitivity, respect, and be discreet when dealing with confidential matters. Key DutiesExecute security services as outlined in site-specific post orders and directed by Security ManagementProvide excellent customer serviceProviding directions to visitorsProvide relief for other security officers when assignedGreet tenants, building employees and visitors and provide assistanceMonitor for any unauthorized individuals on the propertyRadio Communicate with managementStand in a professional position (for up to an entire shift) on various surfaces (tile, concrete, carpet)Act as a customer-friendly deterrent to crimeObserve and report suspicious activities and persons on propertyWrite detailed narrative reports and maintain daily incident reports (DIRs)Enforce rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance.Monitoring access control and CCTVCommunicating to tenants by email and phoneRegistering/scheduling visitors, notifying occupants and communicating with occupants.
