– 1 am
– 2nd shift nn nn nn nn Safety equipment:
– Steel toed boots are a must, Jeans and long sleeve shirt.
Gloves are not required but are recommended.
Provided will be a hard hat, safety glasses and ear plugs.nn nn nn nn Beginning of production:
– Working with Sand.
Not overly hot or physicalnn nnCore Maker Utilitynn Set up/ Service man Providing sand to machines Moving finished materials Computer work Machine Set up
– setting up core boxes Forklift experience Lifting 30
– 40 lbs.
repeatedly up to 50 lbs.
on occasion nn Shell Department: nn Making shells with sand Machine adjustments/ filing machines with sand Cleaning shells, hand assembly of shells Knocking off access pieces nn Core Finisher: nn Drilling cores Hand assembly Filing Gluing cores together nn nn nn Cold Box: nn Unload core from machine, process and load into another machine.
Stack when finished.
