I am currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney for lateral placement. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience with real estate financing, investment, leasing, and capital raising. Background in commercial and residential real estate transactions and development strongly desired.

Qualifications:

• Commercial property representation for variety of uses
• Acquisition, disposition, financing
• Environmental regulations, zoning, permitting requirements
• Representing landlords and tenants in leasing opportunities
• No portable book needed
