Contracts Administrator

This is a Contract position in Mountain Home, ID posted September 14, 2021.

Experienced individual capable of managing large and complex government contracts from bid through period of performance.

Schedule:Monday
– Friday Hours: 8:00 am-5:00 pm Key areas of responsibility include: The Contracts Administrator must have demonstrated strong analytical, numerical and communication skills capable of supporting and improving the contract support needs of the company.

Full contract cycle including bid package preparation through alignment and collaboration with the program manager, post award administration of budgets into the ERP system, Mod and Option year amendments to the award and post PoP transitioning.

Administering subcontractor agreements Managing insurance certificates to ensure adequate coverage as required under the respective contracts.

Will serve as the point of contact to each of the government program managers Will have very strong organizational skills capable of managing complex contracts including master documents, modifications, amendments and option year changes to ensure accuracy and availability of accurate records.
