Contracting Analyst for Voluntary Benefits Enrollment Solutions – VIRTUAL

Posting Description: Aon is looking for aContracting Analyst As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supportingthe VBES (Voluntary Benefits & Enrollment Solutions) business group.

As a Contracting Analyst, you will report directly to the Project Manager.While we have a preference for someone to work in our Lake Mary, FL office, for a strong applicant we will consider a 100% Virtual arrangement in the Continental United States.Your Impact as a Contracting Analyst Job Responsibilities:The person in this role will work as part of the VBES Operations Team to support contracting and compliance needs.

The specialist will be a core member of the team responsible for drafting, editing, and providing final draft agreements to the Sales and Client Teams.

Receives and tracks Service Agreement Confirmation FormPopulates draft Statement of Work and other applicable agreements; MCA, BAA, Admin, and/or LOA agreementsAssists with completing draft Client Contracting Questionnaire to submit to Legal for agreement reviewResponsible for tracking edits to agreementsSupports Operations team with additional projectsYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:1-3 years experience with employee benefits and/or benefits administration.Excellent MS Office Suite skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Experience with SharePoint and MS CRM Experience working in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-task requiredExcellent verbal, written, and listening skillsPreferred Experience:Experience with benefits delivery technology and/or benefit counselor utilizationEducation:Bachelors degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.We offer youAcompetitivetotal rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with agrowingworldwide organization.Thesalary range for this position is $40,000-$45,000 annually.

This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicants education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
