Contract Claims Attorney

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Claims Contract Attorney.

This is a Temporary to Hire position, it is fully remote, and our client will provide all of the equipment. This position pays $30.00 – 32.00 an hour. Our client has an immediate need for attorneys who will be critical members of a project team responsible for handling product liability, class action litigation, and other mass tort suits.

This position will work full time at 40 hours per week. Candidates must be barred in at least one jurisdiction and live in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zone.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze claim documents and complex commercial data sets to formulate awards

• Prepare detailed responses to complex written inquiries of claimants and counsel

• Field complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel

• Work with project directors, project managers, project coordinators, and/or other project team members

• Communicate and work with both internal and external clients

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited U.S.

law school

• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S.

jurisdiction

• Class action/mass tort experience preferred
