Our client has a need for a Content Writer.

This is a contract position; however, it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies.

For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing as a W2 employee while providing services to our end client.

Content Writer Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a Content Writer will include: The Technical Writer would be responsible for developing and maintaining various types of documentation, standard work instructions, manuals, reference sheets, and job aids.

Upload NERC evidence and enter the NREC Basis of Compliance into the designated database.

Create, review, and update Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) as needed.

Create, review, and update Process Maps as needed.

Support any other technical writing requests as needed, presentation slides, engineering bulletins, review, and update procedures.

Lead and support document control related activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts for developing and maintaining various types of documentation.

Content Writer Job Requirements As a Content Writer, you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual, and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty.

It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate must have experience writing effective communications.

The ability to communicate clearly and concisely is essential.

Craft and edit compelling copy for multiple Employee Communications programs, functions, and geographies.

Confidently present ideas and concepts to senior leaders and key partners Flexibility and the ability to focus and prioritize in a dynamic environment Creative thinking Extraordinary attention to detail, especially as it relates to grammar and style.

Excellent at managing deadlines Experience with a variety of formats and technologies.

Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal communications, writing, grammar and editing.

Record of success in creating persuasive messaging.

Proven skills in creativity, analysis and problem-solving, and the ability to evaluate, synthesize, and incorporate ideas and feedback from multiple stakeholders.

Superb organizational and project-management skills.

Ability to adapt to rapidly changing communications channels and work well both independently and collaboratively.
