General Description/What You’ll Do Content Producers at Energy BBDO work on clients with a high volume of digital content, across multiple platforms, in multiple formats.
Content Producers are required to have a holistic view of all content being created for their client and co-ordinate with external partners, internal resources (The Content Hub) and in-network partners to develop and manage an efficient, effective, and world-class content solution.
As part of the development of their client’s content solutions, Content Producers identify and assess both internal and external resources for their client’s content needs, and select and manage these resources through to the delivery of content.
Content Producers are detail oriented, big-picture thinkers that pursue the best creative output in the most efficient way.
At any given time, Content Producers will be managing Content Solutions with anything between 3-6 sets of internal and external resources.
As such, they need to constantly take a holistic view of the entire content solution in order to drive efficiencies, avoid duplication or wastage and ensure creative quality is kept to BBDOs standards.
Role & Responsibilities Partner with Content strategist and Creatives to develop the overarching content strategy, platform footprint and creative vision Assess internal and external resources to understand the best solutions to achieve the overarching content strategy and creative vision Develop Content Solutions including the most suitable internal and external resources, assigning specific deliverables to each Set timelines, milestones, and check-ins for each resource within the content solution, keeping production on track, on time and to spec Constantly monitor individual resources within the content solution in order to spot and eliminate wastage, duplication and to drive further effectiveness through more effective use of resources Constantly monitor and understand capacity on each resource in order to best utilize downtime and factor in additional/reactive requests Partner with Project Management and provide regular status updates on the client’s content solution and content deliverables.
Where required, providing content and information as needed Work with Content Strategists, Creatives, Project Management and Production department to develop a content plans for campaign briefs.
Work with Project Management and Production dept to ensure that the most appropriate content is being captured in the correct way for campaign briefs Skills Agency Operations Manage internal Content Hub team (Content Creators and Community managers) to ensure content is produced on-time, in-full, to spec Lead relationships with external content solution partners such as influencer agencies, external production partners and freelancers Lead relationships with in-network content solution partners such as e-commerce specialists (Molecular), DCO specialists (Adylic) and media (PHD) Partner with Project Management and Production department to ensure accurate and efficient information exchange Communication Ability All written and oral communication should reflect organized, logical thinking, be accurate, concise, persuasive and help translate technical information into easy-to-understand language Demonstrate strong listening skills with the ability to probe and uncover the specifics around requirements and requests Leading-edge thinking Digital-first thinking based on best-in-class digital processes and approaches with a specific emphasis on content, social platforms, and formats Focus on delivering the best content for clients on the most cutting-edge platforms Thinks expansively and creatively content opportunities; is enterprising and entrepreneurial Leadership Someone who is ambitious, tenacious and leads from the front
