The Conflicts Analyst is responsible for identifying and resolving conflict of interest issues with respect to new business and onboarding of both licensed and unlicensed professionals. As a member of the Conflicts and Compliance Team, Conflicts Analysts work closely with the firm’s Ethics Committee, attorneys and other administration to facilitate resolution of complex conflicts of interest and business sensitivity issues related to all potential new business matters.
Successful candidates will work well under pressure, be self-motivated, effectively manage competing priorities and consistently deliver high quality work product.

HOURS
Core hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., including lunch hour, with flexibility for alternative scheduling and overtime as needed.
The annualized salary range for this position is $42,000 to $62,000 depending on the candidate’s overall experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. In addition, full time employees as well as some part time employees, will be eligible for the firm’s fringe benefits as they currently exist.
