Flexdrive is looking for temporary labor to help process accident insurance claims, customer billing, and collections.
This role will involve analyzing the details of an accident claim to make a determination regarding whether and how it should be reported, generating accident reports, researching web based data bases to find police reports.
This task also requires communicating with market teams, customers, and insurance adjusters to refine accident details, explain processes, request damage reimbursement fees.
The role will also require regular opening of company mail, paying bills in a timely manner, researching which customers owe Flexdrive for the bills received, generating and emailing invoices to these customers, and contacting these customers regularly to inquire about accounts receivable.
Comfort using web based billing platform a plus but not required.
Currently Flexdrive is using invoiced.Com.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized and structures, capable of self starting, and able to follow and develop organization systems and processes.
