Concrete Foreman

We are an all year-round parking lot construction company.

The Concrete Foreman is responsible for supervising the concrete projects and crew members.

The Foreman will direct and troubleshoot issues that arise on the job.

Job Responsibilities: Prepare and install concrete.

Measure and mix concrete in the correct amount for the project.

Use power tools to pour concrete, finish and seal it.

Understand the layout and design of the project
– including reading the site map.

Report work orders and safety sheet to managers.

Be the liaison between management and crew with effective verbal and written communication.

Notify supervisor or shop manager of necessary repairs or maintenance.

Attend safety meetings.

Execute safe driving habits.

Clean machines and tools each day.

Fueling and lubing trucks and equipment each night.

Final walk on property assuring no equipment or debris is left behind.

Assign tasks to crew members.

Lift heavy items and load the work truck to help crew members.

Requirements: Must pass background check and drug screen.

Must have a valid driver license with a clean driving record.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
