In addition, this individual will assist with the client referral process by creating certifications, calling providers, sending letters and/or locating urgent appointments for clients.Primary ResponsibilitiesSupport employees and eligible family members by providing resources for behavioral and emotional health, family, and wellness related issues through chatEducate network providers regarding ComPsych proceduresEducate providers about care management requirementsConduct outreach calls to clients as neededLocate urgent/emergency client appointmentsDisseminate cases for follow up to other departments as neededOther light clerical duties as neededDemonstrate ComPsych’s strong client focus and promise to over-deliver on customer expectationsCreate client records and certifications and contacts providers with authorization informationJob QualificationsBA in Social Service or Psychology related field preferredDirect clinical experience preferredOutstanding customer service skillsAbility to resolve client issues quickly and accuratelyStrong attention to detail and ability to multi-taskExcellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependableGood time management/organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate computer skillsBilingual a plusAdditional Benefits We OfferFull benefit package with paid holiday and vacation timeEOE/AA/M/F/Vet/DisabilityComPsych Corporation maintains a drug-free workplace
