We currently have an entry-level opening for a Compliance Partner on our People Operations team supporting our Senior Care Division.
The role is based out of our El Segundo office (HQ).
There is no previous HR experience required.
We are working remotely right now but plan on transitioning back in a couple of months.Responsibilities:RESPONSIBILITIES:Actively engaged and communicates with Frontline Care employees (caregivers), providing a positive experience for caregivers.Respond to verification of employment requests.Complete and promptly submit EDD claims.Monitor essential and non-essential documents.Run caregiver background checks.Assist with inactivity reporting, leading up to termination processes.Conduct internal employee file audits, identifying missing documents and ensuring department adherence.Perform other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned and comply with all state and federal regulations.Qualifications:QUALIFICATIONS:1-2 years of customer service experience with a genuine interest in human resources.Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work unsupervised.Strong time management skillsDetail oriented and strong organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a “can do” attitudeStrong competence in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Bachelor’s degreeBENEFITS & PERKS:COVID-19 RESPONSE:As an essential service, 24 Hour Home Care is committed to being part of the solution
