You enjoy organization metrics, analytics, team camaraderie, and multitasking, all while working in a fun environment.Qualifications Include:High School diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferredHands on experience in sales and ability to deliver an excellent customer experienceAbility to analyze quotes from vendors to confirm accuracy and they meet initial request for needsComfortable working with and managing sales information on a computerAn ability to deliver quotes and answer inquiries on timeEffective verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding of sales performance metricsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Product SuiteExperience with ConnectWise and/or QuoteWerks is a plus, but not requiredA successful Solution Specialist will be able to:Work with our internal team to identify client hardware and software needsAnalyze and identify any missing items from the quotes and follow up thoroughly with the internal team or clientResearch and source enterprise hardware and software solutions based on client needsExecute assigned quote requests in quoting system and communicate accordinglyDevelop positive relationships with clientsParticipate in regular status and business review meetings for clients to understand short and long term business goalsAssist in the creation, presentation and implementation of annual technology roadmaps and budgetsMaintain sales activities in our PSA software to report out company sales projections compared to goalsBuild and maintain vendor relationships while conducting businessMaintain and actively expand product knowledge by studying existing/mew products and client needs
