About the RoleAs a Patient Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring timely collections, accurate payment posting, and communicating with our clients about their accounts.
The Patient Collection Specialist will work with patients to set up payment plans and follow up on accounts with past due balances.We believe that by cultivating a community of caring professionals, we change lives for the better.
